Marketing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
1.Promote Upselling & Cross-selling with installed base monitoring and GAP analysis
2.Drive TMC’s as the brand ambassador of Atlas Copco inside customer premise creating great returns on investments
3.Track regional business performances against potential and make aggressive plans to support and drive business through regional set up
4.Mapping of sales competency and drive local activities to bridge GAPS and enhance skills
5.SWOT analysis to prepare organization requirement to drive sustainable business
6.Conduct service road shows, represent service in Technology Day along with Product Sales, drive digital marketing campaigns, support locally for the digital marketing initiatives
7.Local pricing strategy, value selling, 4 panel creation(centralized database handling), marketing of cost saving proposals, maintain & update database of 4 panels, CSV, Optimization
8.Creation of marketing material including service catalogues (digital), pocket guides, posters, roll-ups, promotional materials, branding of TMC
9.Business forecasting
10.Inventory planning for local warehouses in collaboration with operations to support onsite workshop, central workshop and field services
11.Collaboration with Product Sales marketing to align services locally
12.Success storey integration (what is good about service?), customer testimonials, videos, articles, publications, creation of database
13.Promoting Data driven services across all India for best ROI to customers
14.Plans to improve CSP contribution to the overall business of SCE and analysis of CSP’s contribution to SCE vs GI vs MVI
15.Promote Service VR (virtual reality)
16.Product launch/Refresher of
a.Easy start
b.TechCover ToolsNet
c.DDS-ALTURE
d.Tightening Services (Optimization)
e.Other service product portfolio
17.Monitor and track the sale of PM spares and make a marketing plan to improve the same
18.Marketing support for services through distributor
19.Local marketing activities for the entire service product portfolio
20.Other activities not listed above but required to drive Service Business Marketing
Experience:
Experience in marketing function of industrial products.
Education:
MBA in marketing management or equivalent degree is preferred

As a Marketing Engineer, here is a brief description of your role. You will report to National Sales Manager.
