Your Role

• Your Mission is to develop in a sustainable way the order processor & project execution function in all its dimensions to match the target of operational efficiency, cost efficiency and innovation of the company (SQDMPI)
• The main Mission of the Project engineer is to process the order & project communications efficiently & to deliver plan orders in full of expected quality and on time in the most efficient way possible
•  More specifically the Project Engineer co-ordinates extensively with SCM, Production and Logistics & other CFT’s / customers to meet the end customer requirement.
• Continuously work towards a more efficient, leaner, transparent and reliable schedules, plans from project / SO scheduling, acknowledgement to CC within 24 hrs, weekly CC PC & CFT’s meetings, SO reporting and despatch activities to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, product quality and profitability .
•  Implement and report timely and transparently the necessary metrics allowing the monitoring of the department performance in terms of delivery of plans & provide well documented evidence of the above metrics to allow management decision and proper auditing by external parties.
• Promote clear and collaborative interaction with all departments to ensure highly efficient operations.
•  Through a visionary and detailed Project Plan, continuously look for opportunities to improve project management & scheduling systems, customer communications, ERP flows and system clean up to reduce cost, increase absorption and capacity.
•  Lead the implementation of the project management specific continuous improvement processes based on the Atlas Copco Lean Principles.
•  Lead the implementation of relevant projects to bring the PC further onto the Road to Industry 4.0.
•  Develop a strong system & leadership focused on digitalization, Office 365, power BI etc. and continuous improvements, always “walking the talk”.
• Maintain a close coordination with the Flow Team Manager /Manufacturing Manager to properly Forecast, Plan and deliver products to keep the PC competitive in line with Market Expectations.
• Give proper attention to all product line of AIA (main focus on project blocks, piston production, ISC, ASC, etc., all spares management of (AIA & GPP) at PC Talegaon.
•  Develop a strong project management scheduling & order processing process to achieve 90% + delivery efficiency for both CRP/Wuxi and Spares Business.
• Effective use of reporting tools like Power BI, TIA, kaizen to increase participation from AIA.
• Actively participate in implementation of SAP and BOB applications.

 
To succeed, you will need  

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

1 to 3 years of experience in production/ planning /project management

Knowledge of IT tools (Office 365, ERP, MES)

Knowledge in planning/process complex products such as engines, compressor blocks etc. is advantage

KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production)

PG in Engineering will be an additional asset
