Mission : 

As a member of the Service Excellence Team in our Customer success Center, you will support our Customer Centres globally and drive operational excellence by standardizing and improving processes, accurately managing data and contracts, and planning and scheduling service technician appointments in line with our best practices.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain Customer Centre Relationships: Support onboarding and development of efficient, stadardized workflows between Customer Centres and the CSC.
  2. Contract Creation and Management : Create and maintain service contracts in SAP, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high data quality, assist with mass data cleanup needed.
  3. Contract and Equipment Data Management: Accurately maintain contract and equipment -related data in SAP, ensuring compliance and high data quality.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Customer Centres and internal teams (Global Process engineers, Business Process Experts and Global Hub process engineer) to improve processes, resolve discrepancies and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  5. Data-Driven Portfolio Analysis: Perform reporting and analysis on contract and installed base portfolios, providing ationable feedback to Customer Centres on performance and health.
  6. Master Data-Management: Act as the installed base expert for several Customer Centres, entering and updating equipment data in SAP, maintaining master data quality, and supporting the rollout of new system functionalities.
  7. Forward Planning: Assist Customer Centres with high-quality forward planning and timely scheduling of service technician appointments, following best practices.
  8. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development, adoption and sharing best practices, standardizing processes and driving operational excellence in your supported customer centres.
  9. Training and Competency Development: Organize and deliver training, guidance, and support customer centres, structurally growing their competence and ensuring consistent adoption of best practices.
  10. Project Support: Asssit with additional inititiaves, e.g. RPA Implementation, order backlog clean up, divisional projects and others

To succeed, you will need

Educational Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a Graduate degree and 2 to 3 Years of experience.  If you are a team player with a natural inclination to find efficiencies, identifying improvement areas within a given set of tasks and boundaries together with a good amount of common sense, you are the perfect fit. 

Experience requirements: 

  • Strong drive for accuracy and a process-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages, is an asset for fostering relationships with customer centers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in SAP PM/CS or other relevant streams, is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for the efficient delivery of training.
  • A background in service operations is an added advantage.
  • An innate sense of curiosity and an interest in deriving analytical insights and acting based on them.
