Your Role :

The VTIS SharePoint Online Developer is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft 365 business applications built on SharePoint Online architecture for the Vacuum Technique Business Area (VTBA). The role combines advanced SharePoint development expertise with operational knowledge to deliver secure, scalable, and business-oriented digital solutions aligned with Atlas Copco Group standards.

He/she is responsible for developing custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, custom web parts, extensions, and reusable components, while also supporting and optimizing SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business environments within VTBA. The role includes integrating Azure AD / Entra ID authentication, app registrations, OAuth permissions, managed identities, Microsoft Graph APIs, REST APIs, and Azure AI services into SharePoint-based applications to enable modern, intelligent workplace solutions.

In addition, the role ensures secure and efficient operational delivery of SharePoint Online services, considering changing business demands and continuously improving services in a proactive, cost-effective, and timely manner. As part of project teams, the developer contributes to the introduction of new Microsoft 365 services, digital transformation initiatives, and application modernization efforts, including integration with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 ecosystem services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SharePoint Online custom solutions using SPFx
• Build custom web parts, extensions, and reusable SharePoint components
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online architecture for business applications
• Integrate Azure AD / Entra ID authentication into SharePoint applications
• Configure app registrations, OAuth permissions, and managed identities
• Develop Azure AI integrations into SharePoint applications
• Build REST API / Microsoft Graph API integrations
• Integrate Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and other M365 connectors
•  Support Power Platform integrations were linked to SharePoint solutions
• Participate in solution design reviews and secure application architecture governance
• Prepare the introduction of new services and support the VTBA business for new requests.
• Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot
• Participate in global IT projects as required

To succeed, you will need:-

• A minimum of 4 years of advanced hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development is required.
• The candidate must possess strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, including advanced hands-on experience in developing SPFx-based solutions, custom web parts, and extensions.
• A deep understanding of SharePoint site collections, lists, libraries, metadata structures, and permission models is essential to design scalable and secure business applications.
• The role requires solid knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID integration, including authentication flows, app registrations, OAuth permissions, and managed identity configurations.
• Proven experience in integrating Azure AI services into SharePoint applications is required, including the use of Cognitive Services connectors to enhance intelligent business processes.
• The developer must be skilled in REST API and Microsoft Graph API development to enable seamless connectivity across Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
• Strong Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge is expected, particularly in integrating SharePoint solutions with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and related collaboration services.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React is required for modern SPFx development, along with strong understanding of JSON structures, secure API design, and REST-based integration patterns
• Experience with DevOps pipelines for Microsoft 365 deployment, release automation, and lifecycle management is highly desirable to support efficient and controlled solution delivery.
• MCSA certification
• Experience in operating and administration SharePoint Online (also security, tagging etc.)
• Experience in operating and administration OneDrive for Business
• Excellence in power shell scripting
• Ability to work independently in a virtual team
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
