Your Role

Job Description & Mission:

System & Solutions, India (Edwards, India) is looking for Team Lead – Project Engineering. You will report to the Manager-Projects. This position is for Oil & Gas & Power segment of Vacuum Pumps. The primary goals of this position include:

• 1)    Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules in MS-Projects or respective tools. 
  2)    Cost Management: 
  •    Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.
  •    Conduct cost analysis and implement measures to mitigate budget overruns.
  3)    Risk Management: 
  •    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  •    Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
  4)    Stakeholder Engagement/Management: Collaborate with all stakeholders and maintain transparent communication throughout complete project lifecycle 
  5)    Monitoring and Control: Conduct regular review of project to make sure it is monitor on continuous basis to meet project CDD.
  6)    Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports and financial statements
  7)    Team Leadership: 
  •    Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and procurement specialists.
  •    Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to ensure project success.
  •    Guide and develop team including all customer meetings for customer management to provide great customer experience. 
  8)    Time Extension and Change Order Management: 
  •    Ensure delay analysis from customer maintained with evidence and time extension letters submitted on time. 
  •    Change/Addition in scope from customer is taken proactively with customer for PO amendment. 

 
To succeed, you will need  

Knowledge & Educational requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical from an accredited college or university
• 7+ years’ experience working in an engineering & project execution environment.
• •    Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
  •    10-15 years of experience working in Oil & Gas Industries in Project Engineering & execution department. 
  •    Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including communication, teamwork, and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  •    Person from Vacuum Industry, EPC will be preferred.
