Job Purpose:

Drive the success of the QA&MT portfolio by transforming market insights into high-impact solutions that accelerate business growth and customer value.

As a Global Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and development to launch and market success—acting as the key link between Customer Centers, R&D, and business stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in positioning QA&MT as a strategic growth engine, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with evolving customer needs. Success in this role is measured by market share growth, customer adoption, and the ability to translate opportunities into scalable business results.

Reporting Line: Global Head of Marketing & Business Development

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive, manage and coordinate the product portfolio to secure sustainable profitable growth to become or remain the no. 1 in the market/segment
  • Identify market needs and trends, and develop business cases in collaboration with the Customer Centers for new product development as part of the Strategic Product Planning (SPP)
  • Understand customer needs, write product requirements, and be actively engaged in the Product Develop Process (PDP)
  • Plan and execute successful product launches per Product Launch Process (PLP)
  • Create and share marketing materials to support customer centers during sales process. Marketing material includes, but it is not limited to sales leaflets, product description, application references, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team on content creation, digital campaigns, and any other promotion activities to support business growth
  • Develop and perform training, seminars and workshops for knowledge and competence development of the organization
  • Plan and execute successful product phase-outs per Product Phase-Out Process (PPP)
  • Drive growth alongside Customer Centers by actively supporting and collaborating on opportunity development through SPS, with a strong hands-on focus on Walk the Line, 4 Panel, demos, and tailored application materials.
  • Work cross-functionally and closely collaborate with:
    • R&D on product development and project support
    • Logistics/Sourcing on deliveries and forecasting
    • Quality Tech Center on product support and quality
    • Marketing Communications on product launches
    • Other Marketing teams in ITBA (MVI/Service/IAS/MVS)

To succeed, you will need

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or business-related fields.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals (product, price, place, promotion).
  • Experience in exploring, creating, and communicating customer value
  • Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Solid PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
