Production Planner

Role Objective

This is not just a planning role — it’s a key position in shaping the future of our operations. As a Production Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling the company’s ambitious growth, fostering operational excellence, and leading the digital transformation of our production planning processes. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping us build a smarter, faster, and more connected manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of production planning across multiple lines (make to stock and make to order), ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
  • Translate business needs into actionable production schedules, balancing capacity, material availability, and customer priorities.
  • Lead the implementation of digital tools (MES, Power BI KPI dashboards, others) to continuous improve and streamline planning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and improve responsiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OTD, throughput, inventory levels) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and capacity expansion projects as the company scales.

To succeed, you will need

At least 3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of ERP systems and planning tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects (e.g., MES implementation, data analytics).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working across departments and influencing decisions.
  • A passion for improvement, innovation, and making things work better
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Managerial or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
