Hydraulic engineer

Mission
As Hydraulic engineer your is to support the further development of our product range, supporting feasibility studies of new projects and following prototype’s development. Together with the team you innovate for a better tomorrow, ensuring every application benefits from the most sustainable solution available.
The Role:
- Hydraulic design: Design components and new machines and maintenance of legacy products.
- Perform CFD and FEM simulations
- 2D and 3D CAD design of components, assemblies and layouts
- Support labo during the development and test of the prototypes and follow the qualification tests.
- Create the BOM
- Support Purchasing team during sourcing phase
- Support Production during the start-up phase of serial production
- Create all documents requested by the project – Layouts, 2D/3D for spare parts and mauals, librairies for the configuration system
- Check and document the product compliance with current regulations.
- Cooperating with T&I and engineering departments and their Project Leaders
- Cooperating with ALL other Local Corporate departments and their Project Leaders for the activities related to the project development during the different phases
What we expect from our candidates:
- Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering or similar
- Specialization in hydraulic engineering is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing company (at least 2 years)
- Experience in designing, castings and machining (at least 2 years)
- Use of CFX simulation software for manufacturing products (at least 2 years)
- Use of CAD and Solidworks for manufacturing products (at least 2 years)
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to details and data analysis skills
- Proactive and able to successfully work in team
- Good command of Microsoft 365 applications and AI technologies
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Available for national and international travel
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English is essential (both spoken and written)

For this role, the successful candidate will be offered a permanent employment contract under the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, classified as a white-collar employee at Level C3. The compensation package includes a starting salary within the relevant pay range beginning at €32k gross per year divided in fourteenth month's salary and participation in the collective profit-sharing bonus program.
In addition, employees benefit from a hybrid working model with flexible working hours. Job Location
