Job Title: Team Leader_Service 

Business Area: PT

Division: PTS

Reporting to: General Manager

Location: Pangyo

 

 

Purpose of this Job

  • Leading and Supporting power technical service (PTS) team and dealers, provide efficiency service to customers, lead for customer satisfaction
  • Leading and Supporting PTS team and dealers, implementation of aftermarket business actions and activities, lead to sustainable profitable growth on service business

 

Duties&Resposibility

1. Lead team

  • Coaching and Leading PTS Team members for clear understanding of the tasks, responsibilities and competencies required, define team member development plan, follow up and regularly performance reviews   
  • Leading daily PTS Team communication and regularly meetings, build effective and transparency work environment in PTS team
  • Leading PTS teams to effective and transparency communication with Sales Team, logistic and other internal teams, as well as divisions & Distributors
  • Drive dealers to have effective service and service sales organization 

2. Service operations & technical support

  • Supporting and leading PTS Technical supports, to improve dealer and customer service by evaluating and improving processes, monitoring & analyzing results and implement changes 
  • Transfer divisional and local ACK policy & procedures to dealers and implement daily service operational and technical support activities planning and follow up, including dealers service and direct service. 
  • Leading for handling quality related customer complaints, implement NPS (customer satisfication survey).

3. Aftermarket sales & marketing 

  • Response for aftermarket sales target.
  • Drive dealers for implement of aftermarket business plan, including extend warranty, campaigns, etc. 
  • Set aftermarket to dealers, follow up and regularly performance review, take actions for improvement.  
  • Pricing review and update
  • Parts stock review and control with logistic
  • Leading self and PTS team members service sales and marketing activities

4. Others

  • Implement the relevant tasks assigned by management, ex. Customers complains handling, Projects, etc.

 

Qualifications

[Experience/Education]

  • Min 5 years experiences in industrial service area, team leader experience needed
  • University graduate preferably with electrical engineering or mechanical engineering major
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Good written and spoken Japanese skills (preferred)
