Business Line Manager Environment - LEWA France
Your role
We are looking for a qualified Business Line Manager Environment who is eager to generate sustainable, profitable growth for the market in France, and to become the best in class in Environmental applications.
You will develop business plans for the country in line with the strategy for short term, mid-term and long-term goals. You are also expected to develop a sales organization based on the needs of the market.
This mission should be accomplished through dedicated sales teams, marketing tools, organizational and people management, as well as sustainable competence development to attract, retain and grow talent.
In this role you will report to the Managing Director of the Company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Within the Industrial Flow Division, the brands CRI-MAN, Varisco and Wangen serve the environmental segment (Agriculture, WWT and Biogas) through different sales channels.
- Your role is to define the Go-to-Market strategies and build up a sales organization for the environmental segment including possible upcoming acquisitions to serve this industry with the merged product portfolio.
- Execute the expected synergies related to the new acquisition of CRI-MAN.
- Collaborate with CC sales to promote the IFL product portfolio to the main different customer types.
- Support new product applications according to the market needs in advance in collaboration with product management and R&D.
- Develop new business opportunities with AC IFL products in the Environmental segment.

Experience requirements:
- Good networks with the pump industry preferably related to agriculture, biogas industry and wastewater treatment.
- At least 5 to 10 years sales or business development experiences as in this industry with either OEMs order end users.
- Proven track record in developing a sales network and business.
- Capable of collaborating with technical and salespeople to win the projects and develop OEMs.
- Keen to find new business opportunities in the environmental market with AC IFL product lines.
- Excellent command of English, another language would be an asset (German, Italian, Spanish).
- Knowledge of MS Office package, CRM tools, and Social Media.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at LEWA France in Paris, France (FR).
