Aftermarket Solution Engineer

Your role
As a Aftermarket Solution Engineer, your mission is to maximize the sales of parts and service solutions. and develop new customers, promote company products & solution and achieve sales revenue for designated territory. . You will report to Indirect channel Manager.
You will
- Perform SWOT analysis for the designated territory market, make assessments of competition, potential market volume, current market share, and customers’ feedback.
- Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities based on the provided customer assignment data.
- Proactively update the machine installation to explore new potential for service sales and update the Install Base Strategy file to understand and develop all existing customers.
- Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentations, etc. to identify customer needs and transform opportunities into orders.
- Report sales activities timely and accurately in C4C. Cooperate with customers, collect customer needs, analyze the application, and provide solutions to satisfy customers with value.
- Maintain the highest possible customer relationship through a one‑to‑one concept strategy.
- Build, maintain, broaden, and strengthen a good relationship with customers, distributors, and the internal team.
- Utilize all Sales Tools provided by the company to promote and market CTS products to achieve maximum potential growth for all customers.
- Cooperate with the marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
- Cooperate with the service operations team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct job audits on work done at customers’ installations, particularly after overhaul activity.
- Provide technical expertise, including advisory capacity to customers based on service selling.
- Prepare Service and Parts Quotations and manage subsequent activities through to full sales transactions via the C4C/CPQ platform.
- Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders, and competition to the Sales Manager via the C4C platform.
- Continuously improve job‑required competence, personality, and behavior.
- Share responsibility with the Credit Department to collect and improve the performance of receivables and overdue accounts.

You have 3 years of experience in Industrial Environment
Knowledge:
- Computer literate.
- Service sales handling
- Customer Relationship / Retention skill
- Sales Presentation Skill
- Product knowledge
- Proven track record of profitable sales results
Educational Requirements :
- Degree / Certificate in technical / Marketing discipline
Personality Requirements :
