Your role

Compensation: Base salary range  $72,000 to $84,000. Salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional technical training provided for the most qualified candidate. 

 

 

Mission

Development of new, existing, and lost customers through prospecting and lead generation with the goal of increasing our 1 to 1 market share. Work in collaboration with all aspects of Service Sales and associated teams to assure customer success through proactive engagement.

Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the internal and external customers.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Lead Qualification and Handling (50%)

Develop potential customers from installed base

  • Engage targeted customers through virtual meetings, emails, and phone calls
  • Regularly engage with service sales teams as needed to align on activities
  • Generate qualified leads for service sales teams
    • Investigate machine information and status through various company tools
  • Update customer contact information in CRM to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure all details are included for service sales teams to provide an offer
  • Update customer install base to accurately reflect business potential
  • Make initial contact with new customers or customers receiving new equipment to ensure they are aware of service options and points of contact
    • Follow up on welcome packs, machine start up dates, etc.

 

Supporting and improving business needs (40%)

  • Develop internal team relationships to better understand how roles work together to accomplish processes
  • Intentionally learn and teach correct points of contact and basic procedures to raise awareness level for whole team
  • Maintaining curiosity about new and established plans; reporting anomalies

 

Professional Development (10%) – Through training and experience, develop skills such as time management, customer relations, effective communication skills, data management, and other skills needed to be proficient in this role.

To succeed, you will need

 

Qualifications: 

 

Supervisory Responsibility: 

None.

                                                                                                                           

Experience: 

2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience, technical role, or administration. Experience with end user relationships are crucial and de-escalation experience is preferred.

 

Education: 

2-year Business, Administration, or Marketing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Skills: 

Must be a self-directed team player with a positive attitude, and is customer success oriented. Must also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks without direct supervision throughout the day.

 

 

Travel:

Limited travel requirements. No more than quarterly visits to the Phoenix, AZ office.

Job location

This is a fully remote role; candidates must reside in Phoenix, AZ, or be willing to relocate.
