Vice President, Northeast Region

Mission
As Vice President Sales & Operations for our North East region (Baltimore, MD, Malvern, PA, Williamsport, PA, & Pittsburg, PA), you will lead and develop National Tank & Equipment's Northeast business by driving sustainable profitable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer value. You will serve as the senior regional leader with full accountability for the performance of our Northeast territory ensuring alignment with NTE's strategic objectives and Atlas Copco Group values.\n\nThis role is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, customer engagement, market development, and organizational effectiveness of the Northeast Region. Through the leadership of Regional Managers and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Operations, Finance, Safety, and Human Resources, you will cultivate a high-performing culture focused on growth, accountability, customer success, and continuous improvement.\n\nThe Vice President, Northeast Region reports directly to the President/General Manager and serves as a member of the NTE Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilties
Regional Business Leadership

- Lead the Northeast Region with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute the regional business strategy aligned with NTE and Atlas Copco objectives.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional plans that drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to Regional Managers to ensure execution of business priorities.
- Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the region.
- Serve as the senior business leader and primary point of escalation for regional business matters.
- Travel regularly according to business needs across National Tank & Equipment, to support regional priorities, customer engagement, and operational alignment.
Financial & Commercial Performance

- Build and execute a Full Potential
- Own regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, EBITDA contribution, and asset utilization.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning activities for the region.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and strengthen NTE's competitive position.
- Drive disciplined pricing, profitable growth initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Review business performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets across all locations within the region.
Leadership & Talent Development

- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers and future business leaders.
- Create a culture focused on engagement, accountability, performance, and employee development.
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development across the region.
- Champion organizational development initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities and workforce effectiveness.
- Ensure NTE's values and leadership expectations are consistently demonstrated throughout the organization.
- Foster an environment where employees are empowered to contribute, innovate, and grow.
Customer & Market Growth

- Drive customer-focused strategies that strengthen long-term partnerships and increase customer loyalty.
- Support Regional Managers in developing strategic customer relationships and capturing growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Partner with business development, marketing, and commercial teams to expand NTE's presence throughout the Northeast market.
- Represent NTE with key customers, industry organizations, and strategic partners.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within equipment rental, industrial services, manufacturing, energy, construction, or related industries.
- Proven success leading multi-location or regional business operations.
- Significant experience with P&L management and business performance accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and business development skills.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Northeast Region.
Preferred
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience within industrial rental, fluid solutions, tank, pump, filtration, power generation, or related markets.
- Experience operating within a global organization.
- Background leading business transformation, growth initiatives, or regional expansion strategies.
