As HR Manager, you will oversee or directly handle the following responsibilities:

·  Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.

·  Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

·  Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
  • Support career development and succession planning.

·  HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Update and communicate HR policies and procedures.

·  Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth.

·  Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation reviews.
  • Benchmark salaries and maintain competitive packages.

·  HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Use data to improve processes and employee experience.
  • People and Culture Strategy
    • As part of the Management Team, you define and implement the People Strategy in the company
    • Ensure alignment with the Group and Division People Strategy to strengthen the Atlas Copco Culture

 

To succeed, you will need

Minimum 5-10 years experience in similar role with proven track record of creating business value through People and Culture Management.

All rounded HR management experience to oversee or take direct responsibility for all HR aspects in the company.

Fluent in Portuguese and good command of English is required.
