We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer who enjoys variety in their work. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with direct customer contact, ensuring reliable service and high customer satisfaction.

Your role

  • Repair and calibrate electric tools

  • Install and program controllers

  • Perform preventive maintenance and solve technical problems under time pressure

  • Communicate with customers about technical issues and solutions

  • Take care of customer needs and follow up on their feedback

To succeed, you will need

  • Technical university degree (electronics, mechatronics, electrical, mechanics)

  • Willingness to learn and solve technical challenges

  • Self-management and customer-oriented approach

  • English at a communication level
