Your role

Build and execute a demand generation strategy focused on pipeline growth and brand awareness

Design and run integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels

Generate and develop high-quality leads (MQL → SQL → opportunities)

Work closely with Sales to align efforts and convert leads into real business opportunities
To succeed, you will need
Must-have
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or business development
- Proven experience with lead generation and pipeline building
- Hands-on experience with digital tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA, AEM etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and demand drivers
- Data-driven mindset with ability to work with metrics like MQL, SQL, conversion rates, pipeline value
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice-to-have
- Experience in B2B environments (technology, industrial, SaaS)
- Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
- Additional language skills
