Sales Engineer, Optimized Energy Solutions
Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Business Development Manager for Energy saving procucts CR & SR and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations.
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers, expand consequential business opportunities
- Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs
- Identify and acquire new business potential across the region of CR & SR.
- Maintain an active sales focus with a hunter mentality.
- Collaborate closely with internal/external stakeholders.
- Concentrate efforts on key product areas: Airnet, Sensors, and Audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Idealy min 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial or energy-saving solutions, we are also open to enthusiastic graduates who demonstrate a strong sales drive and dedication
• Understanding of compressed air systems, sensors, and energy audits is a plus.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak & communicative English

Job location
This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Prague, Brno, Bratislava, while being associated with our customer center in Czech Republic (CZ) & Slovakia.
