We are looking for a Developer Relations Engineer (Enablement & Community) to turn best practices into real adoption through coaching, training, and community engagement — ensuring solutions are understood, adopted, and continuously improved.

Your mission: to accelerate the adoption of modern development practices — acting as the voice of developers, removing friction, and enabling teams through clear guidance, hands-on support, and engaging learning experiences.

 

You will: 

 

  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to support adoption of development practices
  • Support teams during onboarding and pilot implementations
  • Guide teams in applying recommended practices in real scenarios
  • Act as the voice of developers by identifying and prioritizing common roadblocks
  • Collect feedback and translate it into improvements for the Software Development Lighthouse
  • Work across teams to remove friction and enhance developer experience
  • Foster community engagement and collaboration across development teams
  • Create high-quality technical content such as tutorials, demos, and code samples
  • Develop example applications showcasing best practices
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to address shared challenges
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and implementation through communication and enablement

  • Background in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering
  • Good understanding of modern development workflows
  • Experience working closely with development teams and turning feedback into improvements
  • Typically 6–8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in developer relations, advocacy, or enablement programs
  • Experience delivering training or internal coaching initiatives (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with developer productivity and experience topics (nice to have)
  • Experience with GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with developer tools and IDEs (e.g. Visual Studio Code)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
  • Familiarity with code quality and security tools (e.g. SonarQube, GitHub Advanced Security, Snyk)
  • Exposure to containers and cloud platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, Azure)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot)

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our hub in Prague (CZ) or Pune (India), depending on candidate location.
