Your role
Mission of the Developer is to develop automations or apps based on the business needs. You will work closely with business analysts and other developers to bring the process improvements and efficiencies to the respective business units within Atlas Copco.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Developing and configuring the process scripts in Blue Prism
- Developing flows and apps in the Power Platform
- Ensuring associated configuration methodologies are followed
- Driving solution testing and supporting in User Acceptance Testing
- Ensuring that processes are fully tested before moving to Production
- Providing immediate post-sprint support for the automations and apps
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the development documentation
- Providing technical expertise during process mapping
- Ability to develop automations independently
To succeed, you will need
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and building applications with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Proven skills in designing and deploying Blue Prism automations (certificate is a plus)
- Solid understanding of Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages relevant to automation is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Hybrid: Split your time between remote work and on-site presence in Prague, allowing flexibility along with in-person connectivity.
