Your role
Smart Analytics Insight Center, based in the Shared Service Center, owns the analytics platform for ITBA that is agile, aligned, simple, and transparent. Leveraging modern technology, the solution is built on an Azure data lake with Power BI as the front end, serving as the single source of truth for sales, pricing, and profitability analytics. It also includes a Business Board Material solution based on GPS data.
Our mission is to act as an in-house competence center, providing support, driving adoption, tracking business benefits, and developing solutions for the Industrial Technique Business Area, Divisions, and Customer Centers. You will report to Program Manager of Smart Analytics.
You will:

Collect and analyze business requirements.

Translate requirements into backend development (data models).

Collaborate closely with developers to deliver new features.

Develop front-end dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Ensure data quality across reports and datasets.

Train and support users (divisions, key account managers, customer centers).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI; knowledge of Databricks and Python is an advantage.

Experience in finance/business control and practical exposure to business intelligence or analytics.

Good understanding of financial processes within the Group and/or ITBA divisions.

Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BPC, Polaris Hana Views, and GPS is an advantage.

Ability to translate user requests into sustainable solutions.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.

Analytical mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our SSC Prague, Czech Republic (CZ).
