We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented professional who will take ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), and serve as the key link between local users and the global CRM support organization.

 

This role combines system expertise, data governance, user support, marketing automation, training, and business analytics to ensure the effective use of CRM and marketing automation tools across the organization. Your role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between local users and the global CRM/C4S support team.
  • Own and support the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, ensuring effective usage and alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Coordinate user onboarding, access management, and system administration activities.
  • Organize and deliver CRM training sessions and maintain user documentation.
  • Support users in their daily work and help resolve system-related issues.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and sales activities.
  • Track CRM usage and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Manage the setup and execution of marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE).
  • Create and maintain segmentation lists, target groups, and customer journeys to support marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automation flows, lead nurturing programs, scoring models, and campaign workflows within MCAE.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and alignment between campaign activities and sales processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.

Nice-to-Have

These will help you stand out, but are not deal-breakers:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience setting up marketing campaigns, segmentation groups, customer journeys, or automation workflows.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, CRM Administrator, or Key User.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, lead management, or customer service processes.
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, lead scoring, and performance analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.

 

While previous experience with marketing automation platforms is an advantage, we are primarily looking for a curious and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with systems, data, and continuous improvement, and is eager to learn new technologies and capabilities.
