Calibration Technician

What you will do
- Provide high-quality service to customers in line with agreed schedules, internal standards, and processes
- Plan and execute calibrations of tools and systems based on customer needs and received orders
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Cooperate closely with Sales teams to ensure smooth information flow and high customer satisfaction
- Plan, track, and report activities accurately in our CRM system in line with internal standards
To succeed, you will need

Fluent Czech and at least intermediate English

Certification to work with electrical devices in line with local legislation

Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Calibration authorization and advanced knowledge of calibration processes

At least 2 years of relevant experience (industrial production, maintenance, or repair); calibration experience is essential

Minimum secondary education with graduation; technical education is required
