Your role
As a Credit Controller, your mission is to ensure robust and efficient credit control operations across respective regions safeguarding the company’s financial health while fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
You will:
- Provide professional services regarding credit control processes.
- Manage credit control and collection process in cooperation with local staff in Germany/Belgium/Austria/Switzerland.
- Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and improve collection efficiency.
- Assist in collection process and applying strategies to encourage timely payments.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales, customer service and finance to handle all credit-related matters appropriately.
- Set internal controls checks to establish proper level of controls over accounting.
- Actively participate in process and systems improvements and development.
- Work on period-end closing.
- Reconciliate related balance sheet accounts.
- Cooperate with other accounting and process and innovation teams.
To succeed, you will need
- 2 years in accounting and finance in international companies.
- Speak and write English at such level to be able to communicate with your colleagues from abroad.
- German language knowledge is a big plus.
- Experienced with a large amount of data in Excel and SAP.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Achievement orientation.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Work permit in Czech Republic/EU is a must.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our financial hub in Prague, Czech Republic.
