Your role

As a Credit Controller, your mission is to ensure robust and efficient credit control operations across respective regions safeguarding the company’s financial health while fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders. 

 

You will: 

 

  • Provide professional services regarding credit control processes.
  • Manage credit control and collection process in cooperation with local staff.
  • Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and improve collection efficiency.
  • Assist in collection process and applying strategies to encourage timely payments.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, customer service and finance to handle all credit-related matters appropriately. 
  • Set internal controls checks to establish proper level of controls over accounting.
  • Actively participate in process and systems improvements and development.
  • Work on period-end closing.
  • Reconciliate related balance sheet accounts.
  • Cooperate with other accounting and process and innovation teams.

  • 2 years in accounting and finance in international companies.
  • Speak and write English at such level to be able to communicate with your colleagues from abroad.
  • Italian is a must, other language knowledge (Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experienced with a large amount of data in Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Achievement orientation.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Work permit in Czech Republic/EU is a must.
