Service Technician for Industrial Equipment

What exactly does the role involve?

• Performing preventive maintenance inspections on machines.
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures. You will travel to customer sites, perform diagnostics, and either carry out repairs on-site 
• Initial commissioning of equipment and user training.
• Reporting completed service activities.
• Ensuring compliance with all customer health and safety requirements while carrying out your duties.

What do you need for the role?

• Technical education in engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanics. Romanian Electrical Certification Decree ANRE IIB, or ideally ANRE IIIB is required or willingness to obtain it
• Service experience, ideally in machine repair, combustion engines, automation, or electronics.
• You must enjoy driving, as you will spend a considerable amount of time on the road.
• You must also enjoy learning new things, as our technologies are constantly evolving.
• Native-level Romanian and communicative English, including the ability to read technical documentation in English.
• A customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to work.
• Computer literacy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
