Financial Controller

Your role
As a Financial Controller, your mission is to support the Business Controller in overseeing financial performance across two ITBA business lines (GIN/SCE), contributing to planning, reporting, and analysis activities.
You will:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with Group timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of management reporting packages.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, margins, and cost structures, highlighting variances vs. budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to understand business drivers.
- Prepare presentations and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
- Participate in ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and strategic projects.
- Create new reports, develop processes to respond to business information needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and controls.
To succeed, you will need
- Great analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Solid knowledge of controlling, P&L analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, working with complex Dataset and Power Pivot/Power Query; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and matrix organization.
- Deep attention to detail with a structured and proactive approach.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with senior and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.
- Experience with Variance Analysis (Hours Utilization and Hourly rate calculations) considered a plus.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our financial hub in Prague 4.
