Group Reporting Systems Analyst - Czechia

Your role
You will be part of the Global Reporting Team within Atlas Copco’s Group Consolidation Solutions, present in 4 locations across three time zones APAC – EMEA - NASA. The role focuses on supporting group-wide financial reporting excellence across global units within the Group.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Master high-level knowledge of the full group reporting cycle within Atlas Copco, collaborating closely group accounting, controlling and various digital, development, analytics and support teams.
- Provide first and some second level support to our global community of financial users working with major group applications such as SAP BW4HANA (reporting), SAP BPC (consolidation), Power BI, intercompany netting tool, group codes.
- Safeguard the monthly group reporting process through a set of monitoring, checks and system admin activities, respecting the strict deadlines.
- Perform the housekeeping, maintenance, monthly conference call, and ad-hoc mass communication in relation to the systems in our service scope.
- Contribute to enriching our user knowledge portal and giving end-user training explaining the processes and how to use our systems.
- Take part in different group projects such as implementing new companies or ERPs in our group reporting systems.
- Lead change requests to improve or set up a new service desk form and workflow when needed.
- Take initiatives in improving our internal processes, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
To succeed, you will need
- A master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field with strong technical affinity (and vice versa).
- Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience in financial systems or reporting will also be considered.
- High quality service mindset and solid communication skills are the key.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is must; other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PPT, is required. Working experience with SAP applications, PowerBI, SQL, Jira is plus.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills to perform troubleshooting.
- Ability to appropriately and clearly communicate complex information across finance, business and IT.
- Ability to prioritize, filter and stay focused managing the pressure from users, high volume of incoming information, and strict deadlines.
- Flexibility during public holidays, quarterly weekend on-call support.
- Openness to working in a multicultural, multinational environment.
- Ability to work effectively both in a global team and autonomously.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our modern offices in Prague 4, Prazskeho Povstani metro station.
