Web Platform Team Technical Owner Lead

Your role
As Web Platform Technical Owner lead, you will play a key role in creating the vision, strategy and ensuring its execution of the Software Development Life Cycle, Operations and Security elements together with our implementation partners and internal IS/IT organization.
Through a combination of coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback, you lead your team towards the future. You develop people and capabilities, set standards for how work is done, and drive functional excellence. By setting up a personal development program, evaluating and giving continuous feedback you provide the necessary tools to enhance the performance of the people in your team.
You will:
- Define, oversee and ensure execution of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with our implementation partners, including development way of working, CI/CD pipelines, roll-out and migration strategies.
- Ensure technical platform operations.
- Manage technical infrastructure supplier relationship.
- Establish the development flow in terms of version management tools (Git, etc.).
- Set up and bring the culture of automation testing into development process.
- Liaise with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents.
- Perform audits and analysis of application environments.
- Become accountable for Release Management & Deployment process.
- Develop and Implement DevSecOps best practices together with our partners.
- Collaborate with the development teams to build software services that are easy to deploy, operate, scale and secure.
- Lead platform management and operations with the support of our partners.
- Secure platform operations quality, sites reliability, maintenance, health checks and infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain operations runbook.
- Execute platform changes, releases and service requests.
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents related to platform and applications environment, including root cause analysis towards business.
- Own the technical integrations of the Web Platform to other systems.
To succeed, you will need
- Demonstrated Experience in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, SonarCloud, other Agile CI/CD and project management tools and Scrum boards.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and great analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels.
- Positive attitude allowing a go-go attitude.
- Experience in a leading and people management role is an asset.
- Familiar with the principles of the Kanban and Agile Methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree: degree in business administration, a technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience.
- ITIL certification is a plus.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely from home and being on-site at our premises of Atlas Copco Group.
