Web Platform Team Technical Owner Lead

Your role

In this role, you will lead the DevSecOps domain for the Web Platform, with direct responsibility for security architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and platform stability. You will design and enforce secure-by-design architectures for modern web frameworks and ensure these are consistently applied across development and operations.You will work closely with development teams to design secure deployment setups, integrate automated security and testing into CI/CD pipelines, and reduce risks before production. You will align architectural patterns with Adobe and internal teams, especially within Adobe Experience Manager, to avoid duplication and ensure platform consistency.You will oversee domain and website security, including certificates, access control, and vulnerability management, and you will define monitoring and alerting setups to enable proactive issue detection. Acting as a bridge between teams, you will drive architectural alignment, support performance and reliability improvements, and manage the DevSecOps toolset and budget to support a secure and stable Web Platform.

You will: 

• Define, oversee and ensure execution of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with our implementation partners, including development way of working, CI/CD pipelines, roll-out and migration strategies.
• Ensure technical platform operations.
• Manage technical infrastructure supplier relationship.
• Establish the development flow in terms of version management tools (Git, etc.).
• Set up and bring the culture of automation testing into development process.
• Liaise with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents.
• Perform audits and analysis of application environments.
• Become accountable for Release Management & Deployment process.
• Develop and Implement DevSecOps best practices together with our partners.
• Collaborate with the development teams to build software services that are easy to deploy, operate, scale and secure.
• Lead platform management and operations with the support of our partners.
• Secure platform operations quality, sites reliability, maintenance, health checks and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain operations runbook.
• Execute platform changes, releases and service requests.
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents related to platform and applications environment, including root cause analysis towards business.
• Own the technical integrations of the Web Platform to other systems.

To succeed, you will need

• Proven experience with a CMS (AEM is a plus), with Azure and a WAF (Cloudflare is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, SonarCloud, other Agile CI/CD and project management tools and Scrum boards.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills and great analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels.
• Positive attitude allowing a go-go attitude.
• Experience in a leading and people management role is an asset.
• Familiar with the principles of the Kanban and Agile Methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree: degree in business administration, a technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely from home and being on-site at our premises of Atlas Copco Group.
