Your role

  • As a Sales Engineer within Atlas Copco's Compressor Technique business, you will serve a pivotal role in delivering our Industrial Air solutions to a diverse client base.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager, your responsibilities encompass identifying new market opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Providing customized technical consultations that align with customer needs and our company’s high standards of innovation.
  • Your role involves partnering with cross-functional teams including engineering, product development, and marketing to ensure solution relevance and to support successful project delivery.
  • You will conduct needs assessments, design appropriate technical solutions, prepare and deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • This position requires a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to support complex sales cycles and drive business growth.
  • Furthermore, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

  • At least two years of experience in sales engineering or a related technical sales capacity with a focus on B2B relationships.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Czech or Slovak are essential, enabling effective client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Competent English language skills to engage with colleagues and customers in a multinational environment.
  • Strong capability in conveying complex technical information tailored to varied audiences and client needs.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address customer challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to efficiently manage sales pipelines and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to self-manage time effectively while supporting teamwork to achieve broader organizational goals.

Despite the remote arrangement, you will maintain close alignment with our customer center in the Czech Republic to ensure seamless communication and support in achieving regional sales objectives. Your designated sales area will be adapted to correspond with your home location to optimize travel and customer contact efficiency.
