Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our Talent Acquisition team, driving the process of attracting, assessing, and securing top talent that supports our ongoing business growth and innovation. Your expertise will be fundamental in shaping a scalable and efficient recruitment function that spans multiple countries and business units. You will blend recruitment best practices, technological tools, and data insights to enhance the hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring consistency and professionalism across your work.
Your day-to-day
End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer acceptance across multiple countries and business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies and establish selection criteria.
• Draft and publish job advertisements internally and externally.
• Source, screen and assess candidates through a variety of channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, candidate feedback and offer processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Partner with HR colleagues to support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Talent Sourcing & Talent Pool Management
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Proactively identify and engage external talent through market mapping and sourcing activities.
• Support internal mobility by identifying and promoting internal talent opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities.
Stakeholder Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning discussions and challenge hiring requests when appropriate.
• Provide market insights, sourcing expertise and recruitment recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and other HR teams.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Deliver recruitment activities in line with agreed processes, service levels and governance standards.
• Drive consistency and standardization across countries and business units.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
• Train and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
Data & Technology
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and system administration
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, funnel effectiveness and sourcing channel performance.
• Use recruitment analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage recruitment technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Your skills and experience
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role, preferably with exposure to international hiring across various business units.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing full recruitment cycles using a variety of interview and candidate evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional prioritization and planning skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset focused on delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.
• Expertise in recruitment processes, data-driven decision-making, and adoption of AI-powered sourcing and selection tools.
• Skilled in influencing, consulting, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with evolving business requirements.

This position offers a hybrid work model, granting the flexibility to blend remote work with on-site collaboration.
