Technical Solutions Sales Engineer - Compressors

Your role

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

You will

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. 
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. 
• Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations. 
• Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

• 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar sales engineering role or relevant technical sales position
• Fluent Czech or Slovak language, both spoken and written
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and effective manner, tailoring your message to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to identify customer needs and devise strategic solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to enhance your sales process and customer engagement.
• A collaborative spirit along with the ability to work autonomously, managing your time effectively to meet targets.

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the regions of Praha, Praha - Západ, Praha Východ, Benešov, Příbram, Beroun, Rokycany, Plzeň, Pelhřimov, Písek, Havlíčkův Brod, while being associated with our customer center in Czech Republic (CZ).
