Your role
As a Territory Sales Engineer – Power & Light, you will be responsible for driving direct and indirect sales of power generators, light towers, and energy storage solutions across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
You will manage the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and preparing offers to negotiating and closing deals — while building strong, long‑term relationships with customers, dealers, and rental partners. Working closely with the Regional Business Line Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to territory strategy, market development activities, and the continued growth of the Atlas Copco brand.
You will actively monitor market trends and competition, ensure high customer satisfaction, and work in line with safety, compliance, and Atlas Copco values.
To succeed, you will need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the machinery or equipment business (experience in electric power solutions is an advantage)
- Exposure to power generators, light towers, or energy storage systems is a strong plus
- Experience in direct and/or indirect sales environments
- Czech or Slovak (mandatory) and English (minimum B2)
- Engineering, technical, or sales‑related educational background (preferred)Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, territory‑based role
- Customer‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven mindsetDriving license B and willingness to travel regularly
