Your Role

We are looking for a Digital Web and CMS Specialist to join our Industrial Vacuum Division at Atlas Copco Group, based in Pune, India. This role is perfect for someone with a digital-first mindset, passionate about UI/UX and keen on building cohesive digital experiences across platforms. In this position, you’ll work alongside a global team, contributing to the growth of our multi-branded portfolio by ensuring a seamless, high-quality online presence for our customers and stakeholders.

 

The communications team based in Cologne, Germany, and Pune, India plays a pivotal role in supporting communication initiatives for multiple brands of the division. This includes overall governance, planning, facilitation, and execution for varied communication and branding projects – either in-house or through our agency partners.

The role is based in Pune, India.

 

About the Role

As a Digital Web and CMS Specialist, you will be responsible to execute updates and initiatives on various websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, and other digital platforms. This includes creating, editing, and publishing content across platforms, ensuring that each website offers a consistent user experience in alignment with our brand identity.

 

 

In your role as a digital Web and CMS specialist, you will work with:

 

  • Content Management – you will publish and update content across AEM, WordPress, and other CMS platforms, maintaining functionality and design according to templates.

 

  • Digital Asset Management – you will oversee the tagging, organization, and updates of photos, videos, brochures, and other materials within the Adobe DAM.

 

  • Data Analytics – you will generate and interpret analytics reports using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for divisional and local websites and social channels, supporting data-driven decision-making.

 

  • Campaign Support – you will collaborate with the internal team to create targeted landing pages and digital campaigns on AEM, WordPress, and other platforms, if needed.

 

  • SEO and SMO Integration – you will help to optimize content for search engines and social media, leveraging SEO best practices to enhance our online visibility.

 

  • Digital Trendsetter – you will proactively suggest new tools keeping the digital presence aligned with current industry trends.

 

  • Brand Consistency – you will ensure all web communication adheres to brand guidelines across multiple platforms and brands.

 

As a professional, you possess a strong level of:

 

  • CMS Mastery – you have advanced skills in AEM and WordPress with a broad understanding of other CMS platforms. SharePoint experience is highly desirable.

 

  • Technical Know-how – you have proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and knowledge of MS Office 365.

 

  • Digital Marketing – your previous experience in digital marketing automation, SEO, SMO, and PPC is desirable.

 

  • UI/UX Savvy – you are familiar with UI trends, user flows, and site mapping to enhance the online customer experience.

 

  • Experience – you have proven digital experience with a strong portfolio in managing CMS, content creation, and analytics in digital media.

Educational requirements

 

  • Graduate in any discipline with a master’s degree or diploma in digital marketing, communications, marketing, business administration (or equivalent through solid work experience).

 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement.
