Your Role

Your Mission 

• You are responsible for leading the technical implementation and maintenance of the automation infrastructure to improve collaboration and productivity of our web platform software development teams together with our delivery partner. This includes ensuring a robust CI/CD pipeline, allowing code to be validated for quality and security as well as deployed in a continuous fashion. 

• You are responsible for ensuring that the Agile development cycles of our Web Platform are followed and monitored, keeping close cooperation with the Business Areas and Corporate development teams to ensure that the different development process gates are followed. 

• You own all the back-end integrations between AEM (our CMS) and other technical solutions/applications, keeping the technical documentation up to date and being the point of contact for other organizations for technical conversations when it relates to integrate AEM with other solutions / platforms.

What we expect of you?  

• You are responsible to follow-up the development cycles (Agile methodology) with the different development parties within the Company. 

• You ensure that the development processes are fully described and documented, including descriptions and implementations of code repositories and CD/Cis involved. 

• You are the gatekeeper of the development process to ensure that everything that goes into production is tested and bug-free. 

• You align with the Web platform DevSecOps lead for the implementation of Security and Development roadmaps (process / tools) 

• You own the integrations of our AEM platform towards third parties which are used to publish data in our web pages coming from different systems, such as HR Systems (for the career section), CRMS (C4C), PIMs, DAMs, SAP systems, among others. 

• Responsible for coordination of provisioning development/3rd level support for products 

• Assist the DevSecOps lead in the development of overall DevSecOps strategy within the Web Platform team 

• Coordinate projects to improve technical operations  

• Stakeholder management, coordination and communicaiton - owns the networking / NDS / CDN 

Experience Requirements 

• Experience in Agile Methodology 

• Project management skills are a plus. 

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus 

Technical Skills 

• Experience with CI/CD: Jenkin, Azure, AWS is a plus 

• BitBucket, Jira, Confluence 

• CSS, Java, HTML, HTL is a plus. 

Educational Requirements 

• University degree or equivalent experience 

• Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is a benefit. 

• Adobe Experience Manager training and certifications are a big plus.
