Your Role
Work Location: Pune/Vadodara
Join us as a Senior Test Engineer within our Web Application Development team and Embedded Team, based out of Pune/Vadodara to deliver end-to-end customized application development with 6-8 years of experience.
We expect you to participate & contribute to every stage of project right from interacting with internal customers/stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and proposing them the solutions which will be best fit to their expectations. You will be part of local team working from Atlas Copco, Pune/Vadodara office but you will have chance to be part of Global Projects delivery.
You will be most important member of highly motivated Application development team leading the Microsoft Technology stack enabling the team members to deliver “first time right” application delivery.
The Role:

Design and develop automated testing framework from scratch for a range of tightly integrated web and mobile applications.

Analyse, Write, and Execute test case scenarios using Python, Playwright and Behavioural-Driven-Development technique.

Create and execute API tests using Postman tool.

Driving the software test strategy forward to reduce field found defects and improve overall quality, security, and performance.

Support team and ensure “First Time Right” delivery of the code, being a key team player.

You should be ready to do manual testing as well wherever needed.
To succeed, you will need
What we expect from you?

A Computer Engineering or Master’s degree from a reputed university
-
Must have 6+ years of experience in software testing, including complex modular platforms that are deployed in multiple regions around the world.

Hood to have - ISTQB Certification – Foundational Level

Experience of Behavioural-Driven-Development (BDD) or pytest or Hybrid framework

Proven scripting and programming skills to drive automation in our QA processes.

Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycle, principles, practices, processes, methods, techniques, and tools

Good knowledge of API testing, Performance testing, Security testing, Usability testing, etc.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, GIT, and continuous integration to enable continuous deployment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
