AI Business Analyst

Your role

Brief: We are looking for Business Analyst with experience in translating business needs into effective AI/GenAI solutions, encompassing feasibility assessments. requirements documentation. and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and draft business requirements. Draft solution design document based on the business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders — including, but not limited to, the mechanical design team, product quality team, field service technicians, and embedded systems engineers — to assess current processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities where AI/GenAI techniques can drive improvements, and recommend tailored AI solutions to address specific business challenges
• Feasibility assessment of Al solutions in terms of resource productivity. revenue enhancement. Savings and efficiency improvement
• Document BRD including functional and non-functional requirements considering AI/GenAJ specific aspects
• Collaborate with AI solution architect to draft TO-BE technical architecture, and ensure solution is in alignment with business objectives
• Supporting AJ solution development team during production deployment. user acceptance testing and hypercare phases
• Driving proof-of-concept development tailored to business stakeholders’ specific use cases to uncover new opportunities for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Work closely with development team and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive development and deployment of Al solutions
• Prepare marketing artifacts such as case studies, collaterals.

To succeed, you will need

Must-have Qualifications and Experience:

• Engineering Graduate/ Post Graduation (ME/M.Tech./MS/MBA) with minimum 7 years exp.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical principles including machine design, vibrations, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, product quality assessment, material science etc.
• Proven experience as a business analyst and deployment of Al/GenAI models, services-based solutions
• Expertise in platforms such as Azure/ AWS/ GCP and others
• Excellent in presenting technical concepts, explaining Al/GenAI solution methodology. use cases etc. using compelling visual content while engaging with stakeholders
• Proficient with business documentation and using diagramming tools such as Visio, PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical development teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders

• Applying advanced AI/ML techniques to develop AI solutions in the field of mechanical engineering
• Familiarity with surrogate model fundamentals, Edge computing applied to mechanical systems and physics‑informed machine learning
• Certification from leading providers like Microsoft. Google. IBM. AWS (e.g.. Azure Al Fundamentals. Azure Solutions Architect)
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environment
• Experience in creating and publishing whitepapers/ blogs/ registering for IP rights/ patents.
