Account Manager

Your role
We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our team. You will manage a portfolio of internal customers, offering end-to-end project support from briefing to final delivery.
Your role is to understand customer needs, translate them into actionable creative briefs, and coordinate internal teams for seamless project execution.
As the face of Brand Studio for your clients, you will nurture long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality communication solutions.
A strong foundation in communication and branding, combined with previous experience in client servicing or account management, will be essential.

About the Role:
• Act as the main point of contact and internal partner for your customers
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing internal clients
• Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities
• Take full ownership of projects from briefing to final delivery
• Develop clear, concise, and strategic creative briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution
• Ensure brand compliance and quality in all customer deliverables
• Conduct research, gather content, plan activities, and manage documentation
• Oversee day-to-day communication and track project progress
• Monitor project profitability and ensure customer value delivery
• Follow structured workflows to consistently deliver high-standard communication solutions
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline, with a Master’s degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Journalism (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles in communication, marketing, or branding
• International experience is essential—either through working abroad or with global customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Adobe Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal abilities
