Your role

In this role, your mission is to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting and support sound business decisions through timely financial insights. Your day-to-day

• Control and reconcile accounts and records, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank accounts.
• Ensure that financial transactions are recorded in line with internal policies and external standards.
• Prepare accounting reports and schedules for internal audiences and external reporting requirements, including consolidation, cash flow, and budget reporting.
• Support cost accounting and budgeting activities, including allocation of direct and indirect costs and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections to keep cash flow accurate and predictable.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance and across the business to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.

   Routine bill passing and accounting job

  • Accounting knowledge of Payable and Invoice processing is a must

  • Knowledge of TDS / GST accounting of service and material invoices

  • Knowledge of Vendor invoices booking for revenue and capital expenses,

  • Submission of monthly reports and schedules

  • Work actively by optimizing the efficiency and improving quality of the daily tasks

  • Prepare of schedules for balance sheet items for submission to auditors [Internal / External / Group Audit ]

  • Any other routine work that is given from time to time

Your skills and experience

• You have experience working in accounting or financial control, with a solid unerstanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• You bring knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• You are comfortable working with ERP and reporting tools and using data to generate clear financial insights.
• You communicate clearly and can explain financial topics in a way that is easy to understand for non‑specialists.
• You are organized, accurate, and curious to improve processes and learn new tools and methods.
