Your Role

Processing Activities

Knowledge of receipt accounting in SAP/BPCS

Other receipt accounting like Earnest Money Deposit refund/Security Deposit refund/Duty draw back/Statutory refund

Customer advance refund/Receivable vs Payable knock off

Write off through sanction notes

Dealer and customer reconciliations

Debit/Credit note and scrap sale invoice to be raised

Vendor Maintenance for Product Company

Any other routine work that is given from time to time

Reporting and Schedules

Month end related entries

Month end reporting

Schedule preparation

 
To succeed, you will need  

Skill & Experience requirements

Computer literacy(advanced user knowledge of excel,MS Office)

 2-5 years of accounting experience

Working experience of SAP will be big plus

Fluent in English(Both Writing and Oral)

Creative/Analytical/An innovative problem solver

Able to work independently

Previous experience within a shared service accounting role will be plus

Debtors/TDS/Bank reconciliation

Working knowledge of GTDS and TDS

Educational/Knowledge requirements

University degree in Accounting/Finance(B.Com/M.Com/MBA)
