Accounts Payable Specialist

Your Role:

Timely and accurate processing of Supplier invoices, ensuring that Suppliers are paid within established time limits for the Business related regions (US, UK, CZ, and Europe). Responsible for all query resolution from External as well as internal Customers.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Follow strict criteria for invoice processing onto relevant Edwards AP Systems; ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on timely basis, in accordance with Edwards’s policies and procedures.
2. Identify and correct erroneous VAT input including foreign invoices.
3. Preparation of supplier reconciliations and follow up outstanding items to ensure they are recorded on the system.
4. Ensure queries received are investigated, resolved and responded to accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with Edwards policies and procedures. 
5. Deal with all telephone Queries.
6. Provide high quality customer service to the Edwards business departments and Edwards suppliers, in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
7. Work closely with colleagues to ensure all requirements of the group are covered and assist where appropriate.
8. Work closely with the team lead to suggest ways of developing and improving the efficiencies of the AP function and the service provided to business users and suppliers.
9. Communicate / escalate potential issues to the team lead and work together on resolution.
10. Meet specified Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
11. Follow instructions given by superior.
