Job description
Responsible for delivery of one or more SAP functional streams working with the selected supplier of Act! and the rest of Atlas Copco IT Organization.
Ensure that the solution covering the functional stream process is in line with the global process design.
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the involved SAP solution and being an expert in the SAP solution for Atlas Copco within the functional stream.Works with the Atlas Copco and supplier’s functional and technical resources, and supports the stream lead to ensure the right level of knowledge is always available within Atlas Copco.
Key liaison between process owners (act! BPM & BPX) and SAP functional stream, enabling to translate the business process requirements into specifications towards the SAP solution.
Recommending, solutioning and executing change requests or projects within SAP functional stream scope which are approved by the respective process councils and IS/IT governance bodies in the Atlas Copco group.
Member of the SAP template team, reporting to the appropriate SAP Product Owner & providing technical as well as functional/process guidance.
Responsibility for issue resolution according to functional stream scope in cooperation with the SAP Support Teams.
Mission
Act! is looking for an experienced SAP functional analyst within the logistics stream with a strong functional and SAP technical background in the sales & logistics area. The functional team’s mission is to manage the full SAP lifecycle, from conception to retirement of the SAP solution in the appropriate stream and all interfaced applications.
This covers template maintenance, roll-out, training, support, documentation, upgrade, changes, etc.

Expert knowledge in SAP Logistics (or related) domains.
Experience in IDOC handling is a must, experience with eInvoicing an asset.
ABAP debugging capabilities will be required.
Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
The role will require Project Management experience, including working within an agile methodology context.

Educational requirements
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar academic background.
Experience from working in a customer center environment.
Fluent in English. More languages is a plus
