Your role

You will play a key role in driving the people agenda for Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Centre India. The position is responsible for attracting, hiring, engaging, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring alignment with Atlas Copco's values, people processes, and strategic business objectives. You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver exceptional employee experiences and continuously improve HR effectiveness through process excellence and digitalization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
•    Drive end-to-end recruitment activities across functions and locations.
•    Develop and strengthen the employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
•    Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning and talent mapping.
•    Manage recruitment metrics, improve sourcing effectiveness, and reduce hiring turnaround time.
•    Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. 
Campus & Early Career Hiring
•    Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
•    Develop relationships with educational institutions and talent communities.
•    Build sustainable pipelines for future talent requirements.
•    Coordinate internship and graduate hiring programs.
Workforce Planning & HR Operations
•    Support annual headcount planning and organizational growth initiatives.
•    Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, relocations, and internal job movements (IJM).
•    Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
•    Maintain accurate HR records and support data-driven decision-making. 
Employee Engagement & Relations
•    Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
•    Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
•    Support employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building activities.
•    Address employee concerns professionally and facilitate constructive resolutions.  
HR Process Excellence & Digitalization
•    Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes.
•    Lead projects focused on improving recruitment efficiency and reducing time-to-competence.
•    Promote continuous improvement through data, technology, and best practices.
•    Support the implementation of digital HR tools and solutions.

To succeed, you will need

Education
•    Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
•    MBA / master’s degree in human resources management or related discipline. 
Experience
•    4–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.
•    Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
•    Demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment and people-related objectives.
