Your role

The Senior Officer HR / Assistant Manager HR will support the Human Resources Manager in enhancing organizational capability, employee engagement, wellbeing, talent development, and performance excellence across Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Center India. The role will implement and continuously improve people processes and employee experience initiatives aligned with Atlas Copco values, People Management Guidelines, and "The Way We Do Things."Key Responsibilities
Learning & Capability Development
Support training needs analysis through competency mapping, talent reviews, and business inputs.
Coordinate technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
Drive utilization of Learning:Link, LinkedIn Learning, Atlas Copco Academy, and other learning platforms.
Monitor learning effectiveness, participation, completion, and training records.


Employee Wellbeing
Plan and coordinate physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing initiatives.
Promote awareness and participation in wellbeing programs and resources.
Coordinate wellbeing campaigns and monitor participation, feedback, and program effectiveness

Employee Engagement & Culture
Execute the annual employee engagement calendar, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, recognition, inclusion, culture-building, sports, recreation, and CSR activities.
Coordinate communication, participation tracking, action planning, and governance of engagement initiatives.
Develop engagement communications and monitor participation, feedback, budgets, and outcomes.
Collaborate with managers, employee committees, and volunteers to foster a positive employee experience and culture.


Performance & Talent Management
Support goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and related governance processes.
Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning activities.
Promote the Atlas Copco Talent Framework and Internal Job Market opportunities.
Monitor development actions for identified talent and support career development initiatives.


HR Projects & Organizational Development
Support strategic HR, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, presentations, and management review materials.
Facilitate employee and manager awareness sessions on people processes and programs.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience.


HR Governance & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate records related to learning, engagement, performance, and talent processes.
Promote effective use of HR systems including HR:Link, Career Link, and Learning:Link.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance requirements, and audit standards.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitalize, and continuously improve HR processes.

To succeed, you will need

Experience.

•  4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
•    Exposure to learning and development, employee engagement, performance management or talent management.
•    Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, service or sales organization is preferred.


. Knowledge / Educational Requirements
•    Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
•    MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
•    Working knowledge of learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, succession planning and HR analytics.
•    Comfort with HR systems and digital learning platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
