Your Role

Mission:  "To drive sustainable and profitable growth for Atlas Copco’s MVR-based evaporation technology solutions in India through effective planning, execution, and management of Sales & Marketing and Project execution strategies."

 

Along with your sales target you will be responsible for following:

 

Sales and Marketing of ACV MVR Solutions:

  • Market Study, understanding, and developing suitable marketing material for Atlas Copco Brand MVR Solutions
  • Interact closely with the Product Company, Product Managers and simplify the solutions to implement in India.
  • Develop the Business and achieve the assigned annual Sales targets for MVR Business in India.

Project Management and Execution:

  • Update Visits, Quotes and customer contacts updates in C4C in a timely manner.
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Product Company, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend best practices to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Support cost estimation, cost reporting, and financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Support the MVR BDM to Manage procurement processes, from sourcing and vendor evaluation to order execution and delivery.
  • Prepare regular operational, financial, and project status reports for management review.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirements

  • Engineering Graduate with 6+ years in sales / business development/ project management/ project execution from MVR Industry.  
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Process operations, knowledge in costing and procurement in MVR will be added advantage
  • In depth strong thorough Technical acumen on MVR and technology is must for the role.
  • Ability and readiness to travel extensively across India
  • Candidate with Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage Projects with defined timelines
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are preferred.

 

Knowledge/ Educational requirements

Engineering degree with strong commercial acumen and sound market knowledge Marketing and management qualification will be an added advantage

  • Skill in solution selling and developing difficult and new markets for Industrial vacuum solutions.

  • This job requires out station travelling and a valid 4-wheeIer driving license is a must
  • Readiness for traveling extensively across India
