About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to oversee and guide the financial performance of Brand Studio. This role involves managing internal controls, driving financial decision-making through data-driven insights, and ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and control financial performance, from individual project budgets to overall business outcomes.
  • Maintain an efficient internal control environment to safeguard company assets.
  • Develop scorecards, KPIs, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the pricing structure to meet financial targets.
  • Provide early warnings on financial trends, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor and manage the financial planning process to achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead internal, external, and group audits efficiently.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis.
  • Ensure the preparation of accurate and reliable financial statements and updates.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of forecasts and plans.
  • Handle reconciliations and approve general ledger postings.
  • Supervise invoicing, receivables management, and accounts payable processes.
  • Provide financial reports and scorecards to management as required.
  • Implement and align group standard processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Optimize internal processes and collaborate closely with Internal Service Providers such as Finance Services and Holding.
  • Lead critical non-financial business projects, including enterprise risk management, office expansions, and pricing strategies.

What We Expect of You:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in finance and controlling, preferably in a service-oriented field.
  • Strong business analysis and financial control expertise.
  • Track record of quality-focused, accurate, and deadline-driven work.
  • Proficiency in general accounting principles, IFRS, and statutory accounting rules.
  • Leadership skills, including coaching and collaboration in business control.
  • Ability to grasp overall business operations and financial dynamics.

 

Knowledge/Educational requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Commerce, MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a professional qualification (CA/CWA).
  • Proficiency in SAP, group accounting, reporting software, and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with group internal standards and processes.
