- Collaborate with AI solution architects to define the TO-BE process and technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise standards, security, and scalability requirements.
- Support AI solution development teams during development, testing, production deployment, user acceptance testing, hyper care, and transition to operations.
- Drive proof-of-concept development tailored to stakeholder use cases to validate feasibility, demonstrate value, and uncover new opportunities for engagement and collaboration.
- Work closely with development teams, Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive development and deployment of AI solutions.
- Prepare stakeholder-ready artifacts such as case studies, presentations, solution collaterals, value assessments, process diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Act as Scrum Master for AI/GenAI initiatives and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
- Track sprint progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, capacity, and impediments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent Agile platforms.
- Remove or escalate delivery blockers by coordinating across business, architecture, data, development, security, infrastructure, and operational teams.
- Promote Scrum and Agile principles, continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and communicate delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, backlog health, release progress, team capacity, risks, and impediment status.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements and user stories through solution development, testing, stakeholder acceptance, deployment, and benefits realization.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage expectations, and provide clear status updates on scope, timelines, risks, decisions, and business value.
Must-have Qualifications and Experience:
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate qualification such as BE, B.Tech., ME, M.Tech., MS, or MBA, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
