Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst and Scrum Master who excels in guiding Agile teams in the Microsoft 365 environment and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects. This role is critical to steering digital transformation initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, collaboration, and automation fidelity. You will enable the delivery of innovative solutions by facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving blockers, and fostering seamless communication among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements, functional needs, and user stories that accurately reflect business goals and technical feasibility.
• Lead and facilitate Agile meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with a focus on maximizing team productivity and engagement.
• Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with overall business strategies.
• Analyze and map existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools to drive efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure continuous delivery of project milestones in line with priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Support quality assurance activities by designing test scenarios, monitoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating defect management and resolution.
• Track key Agile performance metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint completion rates to provide insightful status reports for project governance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework by harvesting feedback from retrospectives and implementing actionable enhancements.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices, Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform components, and RPA technologies to build team capability and self-sufficiency.
• Manage delivery and integration of solutions involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring seamless collaboration and user adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to anticipate and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues appropriately to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Lead change impact assessments and support release planning activities ensuring smooth transitions, readiness, and stakeholder communication for new systems deployments.
• Maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flows that support transparency and future scalability.

To succeed, you will need

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in Scrum Master role with demonstrable success in Agile delivery.
• Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with proven ability to scale Agile in enterprise contexts.
• Hands-on proficiency using JIRA and Azure DevOps to manage workflows, track progress, and generate meaningful reports.
• Strong background with Microsoft 365 products such as SharePoint Online and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate Desktop to enable automation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, PL-400 or similar credentials demonstrating expertise in Microsoft technologies.
• Experience leading digital transformation or automation programs with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell and JavaScript to support automation and customization tasks within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and leadership skills enabling effective team and project management.
• Demonstrated capability to manage geographically distributed teams and foster collaboration across time zones and cultures.
