Your role
Go-To-Market Strategy:
Identify growth segments that offer distinctive product positioning opportunities and develop strategies for segment penetration.
Analyze macroeconomic drivers at the global, national, and segment levels.
Map the geographical distribution of plants across India.
Develop actionable on-ground growth plans for each major competitor.
Pinpoint & build support strategy in underperforming regions for selected segments.
Identify key applications for blowers, LP Compressors , N2 & O2 mapping per select segment
Product & Scope
Lead Generation
Opinion leader networking
Price Positioning
Determine LP + AGG Full Potential based on application knowledge
Define roadmap to win for select application by market and competition study
Proactive sales support through better direct/indirect coverage
Digital Awareness campaigns to be aligned with CC Communications team
Physical events management
Segment meetings per quarter and define Sales Prospecting plan
Competence development
Set up a training process for channel partners and on boarding plan for new channel partner sales
Quarterly knowledge sharing and organize and conduct annual training for sales teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities ( KPI Qualitative )
Pricing management for dealers and sales teams
Increase hit rate of digital leads from Opportunity to Won orders through monthly reviews with communications
Interact with global product managers on prices, specifications, negotiations, deadlines, etc.
Coordinate Prokura for projects with sales and PC
Conduct online webinars (1 per month)
Content creation
Motivate and track sales teams generating participation
Presenting
Product Management – CC to PC ( New Product Launches & projects start )
Market/application information gathering for product launches by PC
Analysis of new project concepts from PC, suggesting improvements, configurations, options
Field characteristics reporting of our blowers during PQM and PTM
Sales plan determination for PC to create/manage item stocks and delivery timelines
Sales and After-Sales Support
Coordinate and join KOM meetings for large projects
Support and align activities with the CTS team during startups, operations, etc., by connecting with sales and participation in PQM’s
Technical consulting on applications, technological alternatives, processes to clients and consultants and when needed sales through divisional coordination
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is Preffered.
• Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in sales within a similar industry (Industrial Gas Generators, Air/Gas Compressors, Blowers ) or allied sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial applications and technical sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• MBA is an added advantage but not a must.
