Mission:
As a Business Process Expert – Aftermarket, you are responsible for shaping the future of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, Enovia, focusing on spare parts, kits, and product development according to Concept to Product.
Next to that, you will be the spokesperson within the engineering team in the ongoing Enterprise Resource Planning programs for product companies, distribution centers, and applications supporting our installed base management and pricing tools.
You define the knowledge gaps and roadmap for aftermarket with a focus on service bill of material implementation in our product lifecycle management software in line with the overall architecture based on the mapping of the current landscape and processes.
You will have a global responsibility within our Compressor Technique Service organization and make sure our strategy is aligned across teams and divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project and Process Support –
- Assist in PLM/SAP projects, especially in service BOM and data migration
- Support the execution of the S-BOM integration roadmap, linking E-BOM and M- BOM to serial-level aftermarket parts and kits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the PLM Team to ensure roadmap execution.
- System Integration and Data Management
- Work with developers to build performance data pipelines for BOM management
- Support system integration and ensure readiness for go-live and post-go-live phases
- Validate and prepare data loads with data teams
- Support define and execute cutover activities and UATs
- Process Improvement
- Review and map existing processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements
- Support global standardization and alignment of processes
- Support the end-to-end life cycle from part creation to obsolescence
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with engineering, technical support and documentation teams
- Support translate business requirements into process flows and data structure
- Support IT application changes to enhance operational processes
- Training and change Management
- Create training materials and change management
- Conduct/Arrange training sessions and provide end-use support
- Offer expert support during hyper-care post go-live.

Educational requirements

- Any engineering degree with relevant experience in an engineering organization
Experience and Knowledge Requirement
- Experience in data management, integration, PLM systems (esp. Enovia)
- Knowledge of compressor technique business processes would be considered a plus
- Understanding of SAP ecosystem and ERP programs (GEMS, ACDC, BPCS knowledge would be considered a plus)
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data processing, and visualization tools
- Experience in process development and system implementation
- Understanding of the installed base management system and knowledge of linking E-BOM to M-BOM to S-BOM at the serial level.
