Your role
As a Competence Development Leader – SQA, you are responsible for developing SQA tools, processes, training modules with interactive questions, training effectiveness, developing microlearnings, and working closely with divisions.
Develop SQA Processes and Tools:

Audit templates (System and Process, In-depth Process, Part-FSI)
-
iAuditor
-
Qualification plans
-
Auditing skills
-
Essentials of RFI and supplier selection
-
SQA way of working
-
Process tools such as QAP and QAM
-
Driving improvement with QIPs
-
SQA and Purchasing goals and cooperation
-
Skill Matrix system content development
-
In-depth commodity process descriptions
-
Process description scripts for commodity movies and microlearnings
-
Preparation of training modules with interactive questions
Develop APE Commodity Training:
-
Training modules with questionnaires on commodity processes
-
Design rules, standards, and legislation (PED, Harmonized Standards)

Qualifications

Expert training

Development of training modules with interactive questions
Develop Six Sigma Modules:
- Root Cause Analysis
- Human error
- 8D methodology
- PAD and PPAP, including explanation of PAD deliverables and how to review documents
To succeed, you will need
Educational requirements:
-
University degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical or Production)

Quality certifications are a plus
Experience requirements:
-
Minimum 15 years of experience in supplier quality assurance and supplier quality improvement
-
Driving supplier quality improvement actions
-
Strong technical background and experience in various manufacturing processes
-
Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Ability to create process documents and presentations with visuals
-
Good level of English speaking and writing
-
Experience developing training programs is a plus
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of quality management tools such as Six Sigma and PFMEA
-
Knowledge of SQA processes
-
Experience with iAuditor and SharePoint is a plus
